Freedom Lift Corporation, which is a division of Cook Technologies, is committed to manufacturing high quality products. Today, the Corporation's Headquarters is 110,000 square feet, surrounded by 15 acres. Back in 1946, Donald and Charles Cook started Cook Technologies in Green Lane Pennsylvania that was located in an old elementary school which was only 2,000 square feet. In 1974, the brothers allowed employees to become employee owners and received a huge amount of the shareholder interest by creating the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. This was the start of Freedom Lift Corporation. They are dedicated to serving wheelchair users by supplying the best mobility lifts and accessories.
Due to enormous selection of vehicles today, it can be difficult for a person to know what would be the best type of lift for their particular car, truck, SUV, or whatever they have. Freedom Lift offers an incredible product called the Dock N' Lock which is a self-guiding lock system that will take a person's wheelchair or scooter and secure it. Anyone with any type of physical disability can use it because it was designed with no cumbersome, straps, or tie-down methods which make it simple and fast.
